FIAB 3000CMS is designated for processing thick/dense and large technical textiles. The main features of FIAB 3000CMS are great cutting precision of thick specialty fabrics, and advanced software for better pattern management.

This cutter was designed as an complimentary device for all pvc processing and finishing specialists. The idea behind it was to design a machine that will manage all the cutting process on high quality level while keeping the costs down. It can significantly reduce the downtimes and additional costs caused by outsourcing your orders for fabrics cutting to the other companies. It boosts also your output and improves your workflow just simply by preparing the fabric pieces on-site and making it ready for further processing.

This machine is equipped with special software to generate one file consisting of various details ready to cut. This application contains an integrated drawing module, which allows for creating new shapes/structures for cutting, additionally we can export files in various formats ie. DWG, DXF, MEC etc. The ‘Nesting’ feature allows for automatic efficient allocation & setup of parts/shapes required to be cut, thus significantly reducing waste material. Material can be placed with various configurations. There is possibility to classify parts/shapes into distinct brand of materials (by colour, density, etc.).

CONVEYOR BELT
The synchronized tacking & transporting scheme combines automated transport of the material together with active belt and fabric tension system. Additionally, the fabric to be cut is supported with vacuum system mounted with the belt. The vacuum system is working constantly while cutting the material to avoid any slip-offs and fabric damages.
This system is extra-efficient also due to conveyor belt applied in FIAB 3000CMS. The belt is made of durable 4 mm thick felt, and therefore, is cut resistant. The belt is also resistant to any deformations and allows maintaining the production reliability and top-quality of cuts.

CUTTING TOOLS
The cuts can be performed with various tools (installed individually or simultaneously):
• 2 flat-cut tool holders for various use: single rotary blade for different material thickness and single fixed blade,
• standard marker port.
The set of diverse cutting blades to perform various cuts: simple, complicated or small radius cuts as well. No tool change is required as every cutting blade is ‘at hand’ during proceeding the material, and is used precisely when needed. This provides smooth workflow.
The holder for placing marking pens is a helpful tool, commonly used for marking reference points on the pattern while proceeding with cutting. The holder is fully adjustable.

SOFTWARE
The software provided with FIAB 3000CMS is an user-friendly implement with numerous facilities:
• Mitsubishi built-in software for managing simple shapes (squares, circles),
• Lantek customized software installed on external PC for managing complicated pattern designs.
The customized version of renowned Lantek Expert II CUT, created exclusively for FIAB 3000CMS, allows to manage the pattern placing easily and efficiently to reduce fabric waste. The prepared patterns can be downloaded to the machine’s software through USB port or LAN network or directly from the server. The Lantek software is compatible with all management programs; it can export and manage files in DWG and DXF formats.
