All HF machines are equipped with components and parts that used up over time so we recommend proper operation and regular annual maintenance, it is very important for machine used regularly.
This avoids unnecessary downtimes, also saves time and financial expenditures. FIAB servicing is carried out by experienced technicians to provide high quality service, full satisfaction and the effective device operation.

ELECTRICITY AND PNEUMATICS

By purchasing components from FIAB you can receive extra e-mails and/or technical support by telephone for their installation. If there is neccessary, we will come and install components directly on your machine – all around the world. Most of the parts we have in stock and we can send them to you in one day.

Electrodes

BRASS AND ALUMINIUM EELECTRODES

We offer aluminum and brass electrodes of any shape. The electrodes can be freely engraved or rifled

SOFT ELECTRODES

The electrodes surface covered with soft foam and Teflon. Welding with these electrodes allows you to reduce electrode edge marks in the welding material. This type of electrodes is especially used in the advertising industry, for example in banners production.

LAMELL ELECTRODES

The electrodes with movable welding surface. Welding with these electrodes allows you for welding different heights of surfaces in a single cycle, for example when you welds belt for tarpaulins.

SPECIAL ELECTRODES

We can make for you any special electrodes, for example:

  • electrodes for medical industry for welding and cutting bags,
  • electrodes with broken surface,
  • tunnel electrodes,

Service packages

FIAB service offers packages of service parts for your machines. By purchasing the package you save 20%.

Packages include: repair sets to the grounding foot, resistors, sensors, isolators, filters, etc. Service kits can be also customized especially to your needs.

Training of the welding process

FIAB offers a schooling program for machine operators. This schooling is an important training for operators, necessary to understand process and production efficiency improvement.

The service can be connected to the annual technical service. That gives machine operator the opportunity to update knowledge in software and equipment of machines.

OUR SCHOOLING INCLUDES

  • machine functions,
  • features of the software,
  • basic technical manual instruction (what to do and where to find information),
  • an overview of the electrical cabinet (individual elements characterization),
  • an overview of mechanical and pneumatic machine elements,
  • how the HF machine works and how it is controlled,
  • problem-solving – how to solve some problems by yourself,
  • regulations (the electrode holder casing, the finger guard, stroke press adjustment)
  • how the time, energy, and pressure affect for the results of welding.

Besides the standard courses, we also offer personalized service and schooling planned according to customers requirements on the spot.
