FIAB 1400LS – Exceptionally Flexible Welding Machine for Large PVC and TPU Welded Structures

The FIAB 1400LS HF welding machine is an advanced technological machine from the premium segment, setting new standards of mobility among HF welding machines moving on rail tracks. This is a solution created with maximum flexibility and efficiency in large-surface production in mind.

Its exceptional feature is the HF head with 360° rotation capability, additionally equipped with lateral electrode movement up to an impressive 1200 mm – which allows minimizing the need to move material to an absolute minimum.

The ergonomic machine design with side working platforms enables comfortable work from any side, ensuring excellent visibility and process control.

The spacious storage trough allows easy placement of large material rolls, which is particularly important for manufacturers working with large formats. The FIAB 1400LS performs excellently both in welding large surfaces and in precision applications requiring electrode positioning at the appropriate angle.

Thanks to its design, the welding machine can work on a raised table as well as below hall level, making it an extremely universal solution – ideal for manufacturers carrying out diverse production: from air domes, through technical tanks, to smaller, more demanding elements.
