The FIAB 860 was designed for manufacturers starting work with high-frequency (HF) welding technology or for those looking for a budget-friendly and simple solution, without the need to invest in technologically advanced high-power machines. It is the natural successor to the popular FIAB F500 model. Available in 5 kW and 8 kW power versions.
The FIAB 860 works excellently in the production of products such as:
trailer tarpaulins, medium-sized tents, small tent halls, transparent material (crystal) covers used in gazebos and pergolas, pontoons, waterproof PVC covers.
It is possible to equip the machine with a wide pressure press, which allows the use of electrodes with different shapes. This enables permanent welding of various types of handles, fasteners and reinforcements into the material, which increases the functionality of finished products.
The FIAB 860 is available in stationary and mobile versions.
The stationary version is mounted on transport wheels that allow the machine to be moved to any location.
Importantly – the stationary version of the machine can be converted to a mobile version at any time by equipping it with a work table up to 100 meters long.
For the FIAB 960, we offer many electrode models: lamellar electrodes, curved-shaped electrodes for window welding, soft electrodes, tunnel electrodes, engraved electrodes (e.g., with logo), as well as customized ones.
The FIAB 960 welding machine is used in the production of:
