The FIAB 860 with 8 kW power is an economical and highly versatile solution for manufacturers of tarpaulins, structures and stretch ceilings, tents, covers, and all products made from coated technical fabrics such as PVC, TPU, or PU.
It is an ideal alternative to hot air welding machines – it ensures significantly higher weld tightness and durability, as well as repeatability and aesthetic quality. The welding machine allows saving and instantly recalling ready-made parameter sets for different products and applications. Each recipe includes key process settings – such as welding time, power, pressure force, and cooling time – necessary to achieve durable and aesthetically consistent joints.
