FIAB 1400 can be adapted to various production environments:

Pit installation

Applications of the HF Welding Machine – FIAB 1400

The FIAB 1400 high-frequency welding machine is used in the production of PVC, TPU, and technical textiles wherever durable, airtight, and repeatable welding of materials is required.

Production of tent halls and PVC structures
Manufacture of tent halls, storage tents, and temporary PVC structures. The FIAB 1400L S, with its programmable head travel function, is ideal for producing PVC film windows (Crystal), ensuring neat and airtight seams.

Functionality and technologies

Recipes – quick setting changes and full production repeatability:

The welding machine allows saving and instantly recalling ready-made parameter sets for different products and applications. Each recipe includes key process settings—such as welding time, power, pressure force, and cooling time—essential for achieving durable and aesthetically precise joints.

Once a recipe is saved, the operator can adjust settings in just two clicks—without guesswork or manual calibration. This means faster changeovers, reduced risk of errors, and higher production efficiency.

SBS System – step welding for demanding materials:

The advanced SBS system was designed for materials that are difficult to weld, including non-flammable and multilayer materials.

Thanks to proprietary software solutions, you can program multiple welding stages within a single cycle. In practice, this means the material is gradually processed with different parameters, allowing controlled and effective bonding.

The SBS system expands production capabilities and provides an advantage where standard welding is insufficient.
