The HPS Q-Drive welding machine was designed for manufacturers working with very large and heavy material surfaces, where the biggest challenge is moving the material around the production hall, e.g., biogas membranes, air domes, or large tent halls.

With the HPS Q-Drive, you no longer need to maneuver the material itself – this is a welding machine that moves through the hall to wherever you need it.

The HPS Q-Drive is essentially an advanced HF welding head mounted on a table equipped with fully rotating servomechanisms, allowing it to move in any direction and rotate around its own axis, providing exceptional maneuverability and flexibility. You can precisely position the HPS Q-Drive anywhere in the hall and align it exactly as needed relative to the material.

Thanks to its large batteries, the HPS Q-Drive can operate even without direct power supply, enhancing mobility and ease of use. This innovative welding machine is particularly suitable for the production of biogas membranes, air domes, large hangars, and other large-surface products that require precise and durable bonding.

Recipes – quick setting changes and full production repeatability:

The welding machine allows you to save and instantly recall ready-made parameter sets for different products and applications. Each recipe includes key process settings—such as welding time, power, pressure, and cooling time—necessary to achieve durable and aesthetically precise joints.

Once a recipe is saved, the operator can adjust settings in just two clicks—no guessing or manual calibration required. This means faster changeovers, reduced risk of errors, and higher production efficiency.

Remote Radio Control – full control in your hands:

With the FIAB remote control, operating the welding machine becomes extremely simple and convenient. Control the machine remotely using an intuitive controller, without the need to walk over the material. Precise control, enhanced comfort, and maximum efficiency — all at your fingertips.

SBS System – step welding for demanding materials:

The advanced SBS system was designed for materials that are difficult to weld, including non-flammable and multilayer materials.

Thanks to proprietary software solutions, you can program multiple welding stages within a single cycle. In practice, this means the material is gradually processed with different parameters, allowing controlled and effective bonding.
