A clear reference. Faster alignment. More consistent welds.
The Front laser projects a clearly visible line onto the worktable, parallel to the welding electrode. It gives operators a practical reference for aligning the material before the high-frequency welding process begins.
By positioning the material edge or a marked reference along the laser line, operators can quickly check its orientation and adjust its placement before welding. This is especially useful when handling large sheets, preparing overlaps or producing long, straight seams.
Key benefits
Precise material alignment – a visible reference line helps operators position the material parallel to the electrode.
Faster setup – simplifies positioning and reduces the need for repeated manual checks.
Greater repeatability – supports consistent material placement across successive welding cycles.
Fewer positioning errors – makes misalignment easier to identify before the weld is made, helping reduce rework and material waste.
Easier handling of large formats – extends the visual reference across the worktable, making alignment easier to assess beyond the immediate welding area.
Ideal for the production of tarpaulins, tents, architectural membranes and other multi-panel products, the Front laser helps operators prepare each weld with greater speed and confidence.
