Report generation – full control and traceability of the welding process

The reporting system enables detailed monitoring and documentation of every welding cycle. By automatically recording key process parameters, it gives users full control over production quality and makes it easy to analyse completed welds.

Key information recorded in each report:

  • date of the weld,
  • time of the weld,
  • preset welding current,
  • preset pre-welding time,
  • preset welding time,
  • preset cooling time,
  • achieved welding current (measured 100 ms before the end of welding),
  • actual welding time (including the time required to reach the specified current in autotuning mode),
  • information on whether an anti-flash alarm occurred,
  • information on whether an overcurrent alarm occurred,
  • information on any other detected alarms.

Custom report configuration

Reports can be expanded to include additional information specific to a particular production process. For machines equipped with a code-reading system, this may include material numbers, electrode codes or other identification data.

Easy access to production data

All reports are automatically saved in the machine controller’s internal memory. As standard, data can be exported to a USB storage device.

When the machine is connected to the factory’s internal network, the reports folder can be shared, providing access to the data from any device connected to the same network.

FIAB’s reporting system provides greater transparency in the production process, simplifies quality control and supports production traceability and documentation requirements.
